What is network CCTV?
Networked IP (Internet Protocol) video cameras are a world away from the grainy analogue CCTV images of old. They are capable of delivering high quality images in Full HD or 4K Ultra HD, depending on your requirements.
Cameras are hard-wired into your network using CAT6 ethernet cable and a PoE (power over ethernet) switch to provide the power. A local hard drive stores the video footage. You can then access this from anywhere via an online smartphone/tablet app or web portal, including live or recorded footage.
